Approach
Louise believes in the power of self-awareness. Insights, gained through self-reflection within the context of a coaching relationship, are key catalyses in creating effectiveness, confidence and contentment at work. She is passionate about helping others to achieve personal growth, accept themselves and appreciate the impact they have on their wider relationships both personally and professionally.
For Louise, self-appreciation and self-acceptance are key foundations for stimulating positive behavioural change.
