She employs a range of coaching and psychological models to raise awareness, improve performance, support professional development and gain commitment for actions that lead to results. She has worked with coachees and organisations across many industry sectors including banking & finance, oil & gas, retail, real estate, professional services and government entities.
Leadership Development & Consulting Experience
Kristen has been actively working as a HR Management Consultant and Professional Coach since 2012 focusing on organisational change, talent and leadership development; performance feedback, executive coaching, full-cycle HR start-up implementation, development and outplacement process and people management. She has worked globally across a broad range of industries with 15 years’ experience within the Middle East.
Kristen works closely with organisational programs to deliver development and assessment centres leveraging her knowledge and expertise in psychometric tools, coaching and feedback, and talent management processes. As an HR Consultant, she has been part of implementing systems, policies and procedures, competency frameworks, performance management, talent development and onboarding, organisational design, and executive search.

Kristen has worked within the HR field for over 18 years both in-house and more recently as a consultant in the Middle East, UK, and Canada. She has been part of large-scale change management programs focusing on developing people strategies, processes and structures to meet the changing lifecycle needs of the business. Her experience in HR Management includes talent development and coaching to ensure successful integrations. She was part of the start-up and launch of Al Hilal Bank in Abu Dhabi and alizz Islamic bank in Muscat, Oman; Nakheel’s redundancy management, Emiratization recruitment programs, implementing organisational systems and has coached new business start-up CEO’s and MDs.
