Judith is passionate about building strong relationships with her clients. When working as a facilitator she ensures that the variety and pace of activities serve the team objective and bring a high degree of energy, support and challenge to enable her clients to fully embrace change. 

Leadership Development & Consulting Experience

Judith has more than 20 years’ experience in the luxury retail and service sectors in the UK and the Middle East. With a background in retail, Judith has gained a wealth of cross-functional experience in performance management and facilitation of senior teams for strategic planning and collaboration of team projects. She has facilitated workshops for junior to senior teams in multi-cultural communication skills, leadership and personal development along with coaching and mentoring. She has worked as an independent consultant for the past fifteen years working with a range of both local and international clients in the area of Talent Management, designing and fulfilling assessment and development centres, psychometric assessment, leadership development, 1:1 coaching and team facilitation.

Judith works with a range of clients in the manufacturing, retail, FMCG, and oil storage industries. Clients that she has worked for in the recent past include Jotun Paints UAE, Jotun Powder Coatings, Al Tayer Group, Al Tayer Luxury Retail, Vopak Horizon Fujairah, Vela, Estee Lauder Group Jotun Saudia and Eisa Al Gurg Group of Companies. Most recent projects include assistance in recruitment of Graduates all over the MEIA region for Top Talent positions to include the training of their Line Managers as Coaches and the development and implementation of in-house Mentoring processes.

  

Education, Qualifications & Certifications

• Associate Member of CIPD
• Qualified to Levels A&B British Psychological Society (BPS)
• Certified to use a wide variety of psychometric tools including SHL, Saville Wave, Cut-e and Hogan.
• EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Practitioner Level
