Emma develops individuals and organisations’ performance at personal, relational and business level. Emma’s has an integrative approach, which focuses on the impact of current behaviour on the individual and organisational environment and the business results. Emma believes that by creating opportunities to put learning into action, exploring clients’ mind-sets, challenging ways of thinking and decision-making processes, this will develop individual and organisational awareness thus creating new lenses for taking action and ultimately developing and strengthening individual and organisational performance.
Leadership Development & Consulting Experience
In her corporate Learning and Development roles in both the public and private sectors, Emma was responsible for leadership and personal development programmes, group and executive level 1:1 coaching and the delivery of training programmes ranging from managerial skills, organisational change and implementation of corporate performance frameworks. Emma is trained in the use of a number of psychometric tools such as Myers Briggs Trait inventory, Saville Wave and Talent Q Personality in Organisations Assessment and often uses these to help individuals increase their self-awareness, confidence and motivation to achieve their full potential. Emma’s 20+ years’ experience in the psychology field has
contributed invaluably in her integrative approach as a both a Learning and Development professional and Coach.
Emma holds experience and a particular interest in supporting and coaching individuals and their organisations in changing organisational behaviour. Identifiable areas contributing to changing organisational behaviours and ones that Emma is drawn to are developing trust amongst managers/leaders and their staff, managing business transformation, supporting returning to work after long-term absence and developing effective performance management behaviour.
Other relevant experience
Emma has coached and facilitated training programmes within both public and private sector organisations in the UK and UAE at director, middle management and young talent level. Emma is currently working in many corporate sectors within the UAE across a range of management levels in coaching, talent assessment and leadership development capacity. Emma is also working on a one to one personal coaching basis in Dubai and Abu Dhabi within two other industries; Oil and Gas and Education.
