Approach

Afsheen believes that everyone has the resources within themselves to reach their highest potential. Her mission is to tap into these resources through coaching to develop successful leaders who can create a positive impact in their businesses, careers and personal lives.

Leadership Development & Consulting Experience

Afsheen led the design of an internal global coaching programme for Managers for an International company. She also led a Talent and Organization Development agenda for Europe, Middle East and Africa for a large laboratory company, covering over 30 geographies. She currently works with and coaches managers and senior leaders across Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Africa, from various global organisations. As a result of her corporate experience, Afsheen has deep expertise in implementing talent and coaching initiatives for multinational organisations.  

Other relevant experience

Afsheen is a Board Director for The International Coaching Federation – UAE and she Won the 100 Best Global Coaching Leaders Award – CHRO Asia 2017.
