Whilst Kristian’s day job is Managing Director for several SME companies, he enjoys the responsibility of developing others and sharing his professional experiences as a Mentor and Coach. Kristian is inspiring when it comes to thought leadership and is an expert in his field. He has a willingness to stretch the boundaries of knowledge and excellent coach making clients accountable and opening up their minds to the endless opportunities there are to make them the best person they can be.

Kristian has worked with a number of high-performing senior level executives at WSP Middle East, GetBEE, Accor Hotels, ISS UK, Gigs Advisory, AcePlace, HealthyBalancedMe and Deerfields Mall with the aim of getting world class results from improving employee engagement, creating a growth mindset, improving performance and exceeding goals. Kristian’s current initiatives include working on Fintech and Cryptocurrency projects.
