Art is an experienced strategy consultant and leadership coach who specialises in supporting CEOs and their senior teams in developing and executing winning strategies to create competitive advantage in the changing business environment.

Leadership Development & Consulting Experience

Art brings with him over 30 years of business experience, including 20 years with top management consulting firms in UK, Western Europe, Asia, Middle East and the CIS region. Art was a Partner and Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he worked with leading companies around the world on strategic topics, and coached senior leadership teams in transforming their business.

Art has extensive experience of working with companies and government institutions in the Power, Oil and Gas, Utilities, Petrochemicals sectors on topics relating to strategy, performance improvement, business transformation, environmental management, corporate governance and regulatory management.

Art is passionate about leadership development and has long term experience of designing and delivering executive education programs on strategy and leadership. He was part of the core internal faculty for training consultants and managers at BCG and Accenture. He has also developed senior leadership training programs for his clients, including in collaboration with leading business schools such as IMD.

Having lived and worked in many different countries, Art has developed strong appreciation and understanding of various cultures and adapts his consulting and coaching style to best suit the cultural and organisational context of his clients.
