Although we - as a global boutique in leadership consulting - wish to have the lead in all of our client engagements, we also know that we can not cover the entire leadership value chain from creating to executing the vision.
So we are open to any form of collaboration with third parties who both share our values and can complement our set of capabilities in order to reach our declared goal: To make a better world by developing leaders who lead with purpose without full certainty of the final destination.
We think long-term but intend to work in agile collaborations using sprints and projects as appropriate formats. We are ultimately measured by the quality of what we deliver – that is how long-term client relationships can develop.
To obtain that goal, we also work TPC-internally with a “best consultant for the job” approach. The base country of the consultant is not a primary selection criterion. The 3 Cs are instead of overriding importance to us:
Content - do my team and I have the capabilities to meet or exceed client expectations?
Culture - do my team and I fit with the culture of the client?
Continuity - am I able and willing to invest in the client relationship for the long term?
