Approach

Özlem contributes to the development of corporations and leaders using relational, organisational and systemic approaches. She challenges corporate business partners into translating their potential into performance through self-awareness. Özlem works for sustainability in system transformation. Her long years of experience in senior executive positions, consultancy, mentorship, coaching and facilitation are enriched through her experience as a scholar.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Özlem has functioned as the Vice President, member of the Board of Directors and Executive Board in leading companies in investment banking, banking, finance, aviation, energy, logistics, constructions and various NGOs. Özlem is the Founding and Managing Partner of TPC Leadership in Türkiye since 2013. Özlem was also a member of the international partner steering board from 2017 – 2020.

From 2000, she trained and facilitated learning for large national and international companies in the realm of leadership, coaching, mentorship, facilitation and change management.

Özlem has prominent experience in Executive Coaching and C-Level Team Coaching, with over 6,000 coaching hours throughout the years.

Her main clients are: The Coca-Cola Company, BASF, INGBank, Mapfre Insurance, Philip Morris, Novartis, Bayer, Hasbro, Experian, Borusan Group (BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, CAT), Coca-Cola Bottling – CCI, Hugo Boss, Garanti Bank – BBVA Group, Sabancı Group and Eczacıbaşı Group, ÇimSA, Koç Group, Tchibo, Linde Gas, Watsons, Sephora, Tofaş, Ford, Mey Diageo, Johnson & Johnson, Pirelli and Richemont Group – Cartier

Other Relevant Experience

Özlem is an international faculty member of TPC Leadership, delivering ICF and EMCC certified coaching and mentoring programs.

She functions as a process and content facilitator and delivers leadership, systemic and team coaching. She works on a wide range of issues supporting leadership, change and strategy.

Additionally, Özlem works as a corporate consultant with regard to leadership development, internal mentoring, internal coaching, culture and climate change. She also manages sessions at corporations as a keynote speaker, particularly for VUCA Leadership and Neuroscience for Leaders.

Over the years, Özlem has given lectures on Leadership Communication and Coaching and Presence, both in-class and through e-learning, at Istanbul Bilgi University MSc program in Turkish and English languages.

Özlem also takes part in EMCC Global as an ‘Assessor’ who assesses Coaches and Mentors in their assessment process to be globally certified.
