Our coaching effectiveness tool is the product of ten years research within the coaching industry. It was developed with our clients, as we worked with them to introduce and sustain coaching in their organisations.

This online tool provides you with an initial review of your organisation’s current coaching approach against industry best practise, and it enables us to provide you with in-depth feedback regarding how you can maximise your investment. The tool can be used by up to 10 raters within your organisation.

Coach 360 degree feedback tool

Drive, strengthen and develop the capability of your internal coaches

Our Coach 360 degree feedback tool has been developed to enable coaches to receive in-depth feedback on their current coaching practise, to enable them to continually enhance and strengthen their capabilities.

It looks at all of the dimensions of what it means to be a complete coach.  Going beyond basic skills it looks at advanced skills, attitudes, beliefs, core identity and the understanding of a coach.

The tool has the most thorough exploration of each facet of coach development; this makes it both rich and complete in its diagnosis.
